The cold recycling of asphalt pavement is a new complete system of old pavement reconstruction by using the integrated recycling equipment, adding materials, one-time mixing and forming process, and paving the new structural surface. The quality of recycled pavement is directly related to the factors of recycled technology, recycled materials, recycled mix design and surface structure. This paper discusses the construction technology and quality control of cold recycled base.

1、冷再生基層施工工藝

1. Construction technology of cold recycling base

結(jié)合五一路翻修工程，對(duì)冷再生基層施工工藝及其質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行探討，為冷再生基層在開(kāi)封市的推廣應(yīng)用提供參考經(jīng)驗(yàn)。工程實(shí)踐證明，只要科學(xué)組織，嚴(yán)格控制，冷再生基層的路用性能更好，而且比常規(guī)維修方法更顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。

2、準(zhǔn)備工作

再生前的各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備工作在施工前到位，確保工期正常進(jìn)行。主要內(nèi)容包括：人員準(zhǔn)備、機(jī)械準(zhǔn)備、材料準(zhǔn)備、交通協(xié)調(diào)及后勤保障。

3、材料要求：

水泥選用強(qiáng)度等級(jí)為32.5、初凝時(shí)間≥3h、終凝時(shí)間≤10h且≥6h硅酸鹽或普通硅酸鹽水泥。水泥應(yīng)具有良好的工作性、低水化、高后期強(qiáng)度、耐久性、耐腐蝕性和抗裂性能。

Portland or ordinary portland cement with strength grade of 32.5, initial setting time ≥ 3h, final setting time ≤ 10h and ≥ 6h is selected. Cement should have good workability, low hydration, high late strength, durability, corrosion resistance and crack resistance.

工程施工過(guò)程通過(guò)再生機(jī)組來(lái)完成，再生機(jī)組包括：冷再生主機(jī)、水泥稀漿車、平地機(jī)、壓路機(jī)等。
