1、 Scope of application

冷再生機(jī)出租為保證路床厚度范圍內(nèi)的CBR值和壓實(shí)度達(dá)到規(guī)范要求，全線路床上部36cm厚采用6%水泥土處理。針對(duì)低填淺挖路基，當(dāng)路基填方高度或挖方深度≤155cm時(shí)，路床下部44cm厚換填4%的水泥土處理，路床上部36cm厚換填6%水泥土處理。

In order to ensure that the CBR value and compactness within the thickness range of the roadbed meet the specification requirements, the 36cm thick upper part of the roadbed of the whole line is treated with 6% cement soil. 1、冷再生施工租賃場(chǎng)地準(zhǔn)備

1. Preparation of rental site for cold regeneration construction

（1）直接填筑的路基基底，施工前必須通過審查簽證；需要進(jìn)行地基處理的基底必須完成各項(xiàng)處理，并滿足地基處理的要求。

(1) The subgrade base directly filled must pass the examination and visa before construction; For the base requiring foundation treatment, various treatments must be completed and meet the requirements of foundation treatment.

（2）場(chǎng)地應(yīng)該保證足夠的平整度，滿足設(shè)備、人員進(jìn)場(chǎng)要求。

(2) The site shall ensure sufficient flatness to meet the mobilization requirements of equipment and personnel.

（3）做好場(chǎng)地的臨時(shí)排水和防雨措施。按照施工運(yùn)量和施工機(jī)械的大荷載修筑施工便道。

2、技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備

做好相關(guān)人員的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)交底工作,使參加施工的全體人員充分認(rèn)識(shí)高速鐵路路基填筑的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn)。

人員、機(jī)械設(shè)備應(yīng)根據(jù)施工方案組合工期要求進(jìn)行合理的配置。路堤填筑區(qū)為一個(gè)完整的作業(yè)區(qū)，每個(gè)作業(yè)區(qū)人員配置：施工隊(duì)長1名，領(lǐng)工員2名，指揮卸土位置人員2名，測(cè)量及試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)人員4～6人，其他機(jī)械工、普工20～30人。

The combination of machinery and equipment shall be reasonable according to the requirements of construction period. 根據(jù)施工需要，每個(gè)作業(yè)面配備反鏟挖掘機(jī)一臺(tái)、宣化-140推土機(jī)一臺(tái)、YZ-22振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)兩臺(tái)、天工-160平地機(jī)一臺(tái)，徐工-230灰土拌和機(jī)，自卸運(yùn)輸車6輛，撒水車一臺(tái)備用。當(dāng)運(yùn)距較遠(yuǎn)時(shí)，自卸車的數(shù)量可適當(dāng)增加
