工作原理：路面冷再生機(jī)向前行進(jìn)時，轉(zhuǎn)子向上旋轉(zhuǎn)銑刨原路面材料，同時，水通過軟管從路面冷再生機(jī)連接的水車中輸送過來，并在路面冷再生機(jī)的拌和倉中噴灑。水的輸送量通過微處理器控制的泵送系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)確控制，以達(dá)到需要的含水量。

Working principle: when the pavement cold regenerator moves forward, the rotor rotates upward to mill the raw pavement materials. At the same time, the water is transported from the water truck connected to the pavement cold regenerator through the hose and sprayed in the mixing bin of the pavement cold regenerator. The delivery volume of water is accurately controlled by the microprocessor-controlled pumping system to achieve the required water content.

Powdery stabilizer such as cement shall be sprinkled on the pavement in front of the pavement cold regenerator according to the designed addition amount, and the pavement cold regenerator shall mix the powdery stabilizer with recycled material and water at one time. If the original gradation of the recycled layer is not good, the missing part of the aggregate can be sprinkled on the pavement before regeneration, and the gradation of the original pavement materials can be improved by mixing with the old materials.
